1. Usage License & Permitted Use

CanvaTools provides transparent PNG image downloads, brand logo icons, vector assets, and online tools completely free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use downloaded images and synthesized assets for personal, academic, and commercial design projects, subject to standard limitations (e.g. you may not redistribute the assets as a competing transparent image package).

2. Prohibited Conduct & Scraping

To keep our free libraries fast and accessible to human designers worldwide, you explicitly agree not to:

• Initialize automated scrapers, web spiders, download agents, or indexing bots to collectively harvest or copy our image directories.
• Attempt to overload, DDOS, disrupt, or compromise the stability of our server architecture or bandwidth capacity.
• Use any of our automated local compilers or client canvas utilities to batch generate mass synthetic materials designed to violate laws.

3. Local Processing Warranty Disclaimers

Our tools process all inputs locally inside your web browser. They are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CanvaTools makes no representations regarding the suitability of the resulting outputs (e.g. cropped photos, vectorized paths, or generated PDFs) for critical commercial print outputs, legal signings, or sensitive corporate compliance. You assume complete responsibility for checking the quality and correctness of downloaded results.

4. Support and Modifications
