1. Filing an Infringement Notice

If you believe a copyrighted graphic, image, logo, or icon hosted on our platform is infringing your proprietary copyrights, you may request removal by submitting a formal DMCA claim. Your notice **must** include:

  • A physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification and precise URL links of the infringing material on CanvaTools to locate and remove the file.
  • Your contact coordinates: address, telephone number, and direct email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate.

2. Submission Information

To expedite removal and processing, please send your DMCA request via email directly to our designated copyright clearance desk:

*Warning: Submitting false or misleading copyright reports may render you liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

3. Counter-Notifications

If your contributed graphic asset or logo file has been removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was in error, you may file a Counter-Notification. A valid Counter-Notification must be sent to `copyright@canvatools.net` containing: your full name and coordinates, identification of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury that the item was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Under our Terms of Service, we operate a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts, IP pools, or upload privileges belonging to any individual who repeatedly posts unauthorized materials or receives multiple valid DMCA take-down notifications will be permanently banned or restricted.
